1. Specification and file review
The project begins with size, page count, materials, finishes, quantity and delivery requirements. Our pre-press team then checks artwork for color, bleed, fonts and manufacturing feasibility.
2. Proof and sample approval
A digital proof confirms content and positioning. When color, material or structure is critical, a physical sample provides a more complete production reference for both teams.
3. Printing and finishing
Approved files move into printing, laminating, foil, embossing, die cutting, binding and assembly according to the production plan. In-process checks help keep color and registration consistent.
4. Final quality control
Finished goods are inspected for appearance, dimensions, binding strength, packing count and agreed critical details. Any special inspection standard should be defined before production begins.
5. Export packing and dispatch
Carton strength, pallet configuration and moisture protection are matched to the shipping method. We coordinate documentation and handover for air, sea or door-to-door delivery.
